Ok I found this on anther site and its a good recipe. Well probably not good for you but anyway here it is.
Microwave Chocolate Cake in a Cup
In a Large coffee mug (the biggest one you have) add...
4 tablespoons of plain flour 4 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of baking cocoa
Mix Well Add...
1 egg 3 tablespoons of milk 3 tablespoons of oil (olive or veg) splash of vanilla Extract
Stir Thoroughly
(Optional) Add about 3 tablespoons of Chocolate Chips or Nuts.
Stir Again
Place in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. It will rise out of the cup, don't panic. Let it stand for 30 seconds. Run a knife around the edge to loosen invert onto dish. Let cool and enjoy with Icing or Ice Cream.
Variations... Yellow Cake Omit Baking Cocoa Replace Splash of Vanilla Extract with 1/2 teaspoon.
Mug of Butter Cream Icing
1 Tablespoon Butter 1 teaspoon Veg Oil 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract About 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
Beat Butter, Oil, and Vanilla in a coffee Mug using one beater in your mixer. Slowly add Confectioners Sugar until Icing is at the consistency you want. If Icing becomes too thick you may add small amounts of water until it is at the consistency you want.
Yields enough Icing for several Cakes in a Cup (Recipe Above)
Refrigerate Unused Icing in mug covered with plastic wrap.

Chocolate mud cake is yummy too. Might have to do a trip to the supermarket to get a mud cake to have for lunch before I dool all over my keyboard.
